      Oh gosh no! I made my own pit once, with a woodbox. I made it from scraps from work. The main smoke pit was from 48" 3/8" steel pipe.
      I had to put two doors on the front in order to lift them they were so heavy. The thing weighed over a thousand pounds, and it made 3 moves
      before getting left behind. Now I have a 'backyard cooker' made by Klose in Houston. Their pits are talked about all over the world.
      Briskets take 16 hours to cook, and then rest in igloos before serving, but ya never had a better brisket, ever.

    I had a couple of left over chicken tenders from lunch for dinner tonight, but they forgot to give me my honey mustard dipping sauce so I used some real maple syrup and it was tasty!! I think I could drink the syrup just by itself it's that good!!
