The first recorded C section in the USA was 1830 and from that time until 1960 the aim was to save the mother ...... enabling them to go on to (possibly) producing more narrow hipped daughters, continuing the passing on of the gene.
From 1960 0nwards the ethos changed and saving the baby was also an aim - not always successfully - as to the present day 49 years is only a matter of at most three generations, plus is only widely practised in the USA, in the time scale of evolution, changing it, is totally irrelevant to evolution.
In the USA 32% of babies are delivered by C section, most for other than narrow hips - this is 19% more than recommended by the World Health Organisation, but the death rate per 1000 is also more than any other country that practises C section. Many countries are much lower, or don't, and with World travel'/interracial marriage the narrow hipped gene will continue without the slightest help from C sections.

Your statement that this could account for an increase in 'cunt tightness' is total nonsense because a C section is not carried out because of a 'tightness' in the vagina, nor does it involve cutting into the vagina - it involves, after cutting into the abdomen, cutting into the uterus.

There are some medical procedures that might affect evolution/mess with the gene pool - such as IVF/AI, where nature, for some reason, did not intend a couple to reproduce. Another is obviously castration/hysterectomy before ever having had sex.
